With GetOK, each user can create a smart contract and ensure all history of the contract is securely retained.
Users can dynamically define via their settings contract default settings, these are fully customisable and can be different for each contract and different for each new contract or even an updated contract.
With GetOK creating a smart contract becomes very easy and is perfect for the times you don’t need a long-written contract but just something quick where you can define your own definitions within a few settings.
GetOK is perfect for things such as: You lend someone something, you like to borrow from someone something or any other short agreement you may need.
Example: Tom is lending his friend Markus his laptop, Tom then creates on GetOK a small contract between them. Tom adds the timeframe for how long he is giving the laptop to Markus and he adds condition to it, such as:
- Make HP Spectre
- New and no scratches
- Markus is not allowed to install applications
- If the laptop is broken Markus will replace with a new laptop of same specification
After this, Tom sends this contract over GetOK to Markus. Markus will receive a notification and can review what Tom has added in the contract. If Markus agrees to, he simple clicks on OK and the contract between Tom & Markus is created for the Laptop. If Markus does not like some of the conditions of the contract, he could select one and set it to inactive or even add his own condition and return the contract to Tom. When both have reached an agreement and have clicked ok, then the contract between them is valid for the period set in the contract.
GetOK can be used for many various contract options between two parties. GetOK is a new way to create a simple smart contract without any high costs or complexity.
